The grant was provided to the Innisfail District Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism through the Regional Partnerships programme.

Ed and Andrew Cripps joined Ron Boswell for the announcement of $55,000 in Australian Government funding for a floating pontoon at the Hull Heads boat ramp that will make the region an even better and safer place to fish. The Rotary Club of Tully received the funding through the Government’s Recreational Fishing Community Grants Programme. Cardwell Shire Council sponsored the project.
