The grant was provided to the Innisfail District Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism through the Regional Partnerships programme.

The Rotary Club of Tully received the funding through the Government’s Recreational Fishing Community Grants Programme. Cardwell Shire Council sponsored the project.
