Leader of The Nationals in the Senate, Ron Boswell, said today that joint ads between Labor, the Greens and the Democrats proved that the parties closely shared political philosophies and goals and called on Labor to come clean on the deals it had done with the minority parties.
This handcuffs Labor and the radical Greens into a coalition. It shows that they are working together on a plan to get control and run the country.
The joint advertising proves that Labor will sign up with a minority, far left environmentalist group, in order to get into government.
Make no mistake that Kevin Rudds Labor is advocating a Senate controlled by the radical Greens.
I am very confident that the vast majority of Australians do not want a Senate controlled by the Greens who have said that they want to end Australias $25 billion export coal industry in three years, provide leniency for crimes motivated by drug addiction and put an end to Australias intensive agriculture industries.
Common advertising and preference deals are a proof that Labor and Green parties are in cahoots. They have some sort of deal on how they will work together.
This tight relationship now confirmed between the Labor Party and the Greens puts paid to Labors claim of being a party for the mainstream.
Labor must now provide details of what they have offered the Greens.
They must tell us what is the trade-off for Green preferences and what promises have and will been made on vital issues for Australian society and industry?
If Labor want to be in coalition with the Greens, then that is a matter for them, but they must let voters know about what is in the contract, Senator Boswell said.
What has Labor promised in return for this new, formal marriage with the radical Greens?
